Dear Writer, Please watch/listen to the 1 hour and 17 minutes recording for the 9-13-22 Advisory Committee Meeting. You can watch the mp4 file and I have attached the transcriipt. I need help composing Minutes (Notes) for a meeting between 4 different language professors. I have Attached an “Example Format” From a 3-15-22 Meeting. I have also sent you the 9-13-22 Agenda for the meeting I want you to write the minutes. My supervisor wants me to take notes around the discussion of each item on the agenda, and although some detail is essential, we should leave out names of individual committee members (ex. just write Member A or Member B said ……etc) and capture the gist of the discussions while ensuring that any conclusions reached (even to defer a decision) are captured in the notes. I have included the attachments that were referenced to in the 9-13 Agenda. The abbreviations LLC= Languages, Literatures, and Cultures Department; CAS = College of Arts and Sciences; T/TT = Tenure/Tenure-Track Faculty
